The nutritional requirements of rodents and rabbits depend on each species, and therefore you should seek information about your specific pet.

A common requirement, though, is that they all need complete food and vegetables every day for optimal well-being.

Hay

Hay is a vital, daily supplement for all rodents and rabbits. Hay provides the pet with long fibres which are needed for maintaining regular digestion and healthy teeth. Hay also acts as nesting material, giving the pet some activation in the cage.
